The Talapitiya Ahadiyya Free Medical Service in Galle has been an integral part of the Southern Province Community service in Sri Lanka, standing proud and unwaving in our commitment to render dependable free medical service and health-care to humanity. It was established on 24th September 1978. Our free medical clinic service which is a voluntary humanitarian cum social service project for the poorest of people, specially women, children and orphans; resumes every Sunday at our premises.
The medical team is manned by a voluntary, self sacrificing and duty conscious personnel. The clerical and para medical staff 0f the clinic consist of the Ahadiyya members and senior students who perform their duties voluntarily. All drugs issued are donated by philanthropists and well wishers.
